The Women’s Giving Circle of PebbleCreek (TWGC) thanks all of you who have supported our Teen Backpack Project benefitting the Southwest Family Advocacy Center (SWFAC). We have secured almost half of the needed items!

The SWFAC is a joint effort with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and the Goodyear, Buckeye, and Avondale Police Departments, to help crime victims deal with their trauma and assist them through the legal system and getting on with their lives. During 2021, they assisted more than 1,200 victims, 400 being teenagers.

We need your help in securing the remaining products for the backpacks, primarily insulated water bottles. These bottles are included on TWGC Amazon Wish List and can be purchased individually for $11.99 or a two pack for $20.99. Please email Susan Fallon at [email protected] or Barbara McMahon at [email protected] to receive the link for TWGC Amazon Wish List and directions for placing your order.

You can also support this important project by issuing a check to Friends of SWFAC 501(c)(3), and mail or drop it off to Barbara McMahon, at 15756 W. Amelia Dr., in Goodyear.

Once all the products are received, TWGC will pack the backpacks and provide them to SWFAC to give to victims as they reach milestones in their process of healing. Again, thanks to all of you who have supported this project. We look forward to receiving the remaining items and the much-needed insulated water bottles and completing the project during the summer.
