Dirty Dancing, a 1987 American romantic drama dance film starring Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey. It tells the story of Frances “Baby” Houseman (Grey), a young woman who falls in love with dance instructor Johnny Castle (Swayze) at a vacation resort supposedly in the Catskills of New York. However, filming took place in Lake Lure, N.C., and Mountain Lake, Va. Johnny is basically saying that Baby does not deserve to be silenced by anyone, as she is incredible to him. Then she proves it by showing her family what an amazing dancer she is.
5 to 6 p.m.—Social Hour with cash bar and appetizers
5:15 to 6 p.m.—Dance lesson with Keith Clinton
6 to 9 p.m.—Dancing with DJ Hankster. Play/dance lists provided on each table.
