The twelfth annual Italian American Club Poinsettia Ball was a huge success. The two hundred-seventy-six attendees ate a meal that included antipasto salad, arancini balls and Italian sausage with peppers and onions. There were also steak, scallops and asparagus.
We must say the show stopper was the forty foot dolce table designed by Roseann Cleland, chairperson for the event. Along with the vast assortment of Italian cookies, there was a tower of cannoli’s and a chocolate fountain.
We danced our meal off to the music of the Pebble Rock Band and had a great time.
