PebbleCreek Gun Club – Spring Shooting awards

Henry Tom

Kevin Christian was awarded four trophies for his excellent marksmanship in pistol (rimfire), pistol (centerfire), rifle (rimfire) and rifle (centerfire).

But the undisputed club champion was once again, Richard Cameron. Richard was awarded four first place trophies for his marksmanship in pistol (rimfire), pistol (centerfire), rifle (rimfire) and rifle (centerfire). He shot a perfect score of 400 out of 400 possible points and had 22 in the x ring – an amazing feat, especially when you are pushing around 84 years of age.

Tim Hamilton set the example for all club shooters to follow by his perseverance and determination in trap and skeet shooting. Tim was awarded trophies for the Most Improved Shooter in Trap and Skeet and Tim also received the President’s Award for the club member that contributes considerably to the gun club by serving as the Range Safety Officer (RSO) at the Phantom Skeet Club at Luke AFB so PebbleCreek Gun Club shooters could shoot on Wednesdays.

Our gratitude to Bill Casey who serves as the Range Safety Officer who keeps us safe when shooting.
