Club members are keeping busy with shows and drives during these beautiful spring months. On February 13, several members participated in a drive to Apache Junction High School where they joined the NJROTC Benefit Car and Motorcycle Show. The annual Sweetheart’s Luncheon was held on February 20 at Angela’s Kitchen in Surprise, Arizona. Ten cars caravanned to Surprise to enjoy lunch on the patio. On March 5 the back roads past the Vulture Mine to Wickenburg’s Rancho De Los Caballeros was the destination. Sands All American Car Show was the big event on March 20. The show proceeds benefit the Phoenix Children’s Hospital and draws cars from all over the Valley. The next club meeting on April 4 will be held at Mel Martin’s Auto Museum located on Black Canyon Highway.
