Director Comments:
George Atwell: Thank you all for coming. I would like to thank Bill Barnard for his leadership and communication with his staff. I appreciated him sitting in on the Food & Beverage meetings for the remodel project at Eagle’s Nest.
Nancy Wilson Smith: Ditto to all of the remarks George made. Also I would like to thank you all for coming and showing an interest in our community.
Gregg Clymer: Thank you all for coming. Welcome back if you have been away for the summer. Listening to the General Manager’s report you can see that your HOA did not take the summer off. You know also that we had some major storms in September. Unfortunately PebbleCreek did not escape without some damage. But I would like to point out through the dedication and professionalism from our GM Bill Barnard, Facilities Manager Ken Sergio and his staff, Paul McGinnis Golf Maintenance and his staff they kept the damage from being worse. They were out each time as soon as the storm abated cleaning drains, manning pumps and clearing streets. The Board certainly appreciates their efforts.
Jack Sarsam: I would like to thank all of you for coming. There are some familiar faces out there. I thank the Board for stepping up and putting in a lot of hours to make this a great community. I would also like to thank Bill Barnard and Ken Sergio for an outstanding job. Thank you, Ken, for building the storage unit for the new Bocce courts.
John Kiekbusch: I agree with all that has been previously said. I thank everyone for creating this PebbleCreek magic. I think sometimes we just wake up and think this stuff just happens. There is a tremendous amount of work that goes into keeping this community looking like it does. We appreciate the staff and we appreciate your interest in coming to the meetings.
Motion by Nancy Wilson Smith to adjourn, seconded by Gregg Clymer. Unanimously approved.
Respectfully submitted by: Theresa M. Evans/Administrator to the PCHOA Board of Directors.
