Activities Office Announces 2016 Room Request Meeting Date
The Activities Office will host the 2016 Room Request Meeting Tuesday, December 9 at 3:15 p.m.in the Palm Room for all Board approved groups and committees. Please make certain that your group is represented by your president, vice-president or other decision making leader to ensure a smooth process for your room reservation requests. We will cover important details like deadlines for special requests, time-frame expectations, cancellations and more. This is a must-attend for all groups; please mark your calendars for this very important and informative meeting. Please stop by the Activities Office or visit the front desk at either clubhouse beginning Friday, November 7 to pick up the 2016 Room Request Form. Please note that all forms are due December 9.

Phoenix Suns Motorcoach Day Trip – December 15 vs. Milwaukee Bucks – Second Bus Added!
Tickets are on sale now at the Activities Office and priced at $55; cash or check only. The ticket price includes roundtrip motorcoach transportation, a lower level seat in Section 108 and a special gift just for our group, a Phoenix Suns wristwatch! We’ll also be involved in Suns Team Night Out where our PebbleCreek group can enter the U.S. Airways Center 30 minutes before the general public and watch the pregame warm ups from premium seats. The group will also get to pose for a group photo with one of the Suns Dancers so bring your cameras! Bus pickup time is 4:00 p.m. in the lot across from the Activities Office. Tickets are limited.
PebbleCreek’s Annual New Year’s Eve Dinner Dance Party – December 31, 2014
Don your best attire, prepare for some delicious food and great music and get ready to ring in the New Year at our annual celebration in the Tuscan Falls Ballroom. Tickets are on sale now in the Activities Office for $68 per person, cash or check only. Tables of 10 are available. Our evening will begin at 6:00 p.m. with drinks (cash bar) and assorted appetizers. Dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m. This year’s menu will feature a spring mix salad with feta cheese, candied walnuts and dried cranberries with a strawberry lemonade vinaigrette, a duo plate of filet of beef and crab stuffed shrimp, fingerling potatoes and buttered asparagus. For dessert, Turtle Mousse pie. After dinner, dance the night away to the sounds of Tommy Holloway. At midnight you’ll enjoy a champagne toast as we say goodbye to 2014 and hello to 2015. Just Announced! PebbleCreek Free Overnight Casino Trip to Fort McDowell – January 6, 2015
Signups began Monday, November 17, 2014, at the Activities Office. At least one person per guest room requested must be present to sign up. Bus departs at 9:00 a.m. on January 6 (please plan to arrive no later than 8:45 a.m. to ensure on time departure for all). Hotel checkout is January 7 at 11:30 a.m.; bus departs at noon sharp. What’s included? A guest room for one overnight stay at Radisson Fort McDowell, roundtrip transportation, $10 in slot play and a Group Escort. You must have a current Fortune Club Card to participate. No card? No problem. We can collect some data and arrange a card for you upon signup. (DOB, legal name and address are required).
