Linda Shaver and Pam Murphy hosted a mosaic quilt workshop by award-winning, nationally recognized quilter, Timna Tarr. This technique challenges the quilter to replicate an enlarged photo using two-inch squares of fabric that are appliqued in order to capture the details. It was not easy, but the results were amazing. Subjects included pets, a cow, and even a grandchild. The quilts will be on display during the month of October at the Creative Arts Center.
