You’ll find the HOA committee agendas and minutes for the current year in one place on the HOA website. They are organized and listed by committee. Finding any of these is quick and easy using the website’s Documents page. Here’s how.
Access the site at www.pebblecreekhoa.org. Homeowners should login then select PC INFO from the site’s navigation bar which appears across the top of every content page. Once there, select Documents from the drop down menu list. At Documents under Choose a Category, select Committee Agendas/Minutes. Each active committee will have the most recent meeting agenda, the most recent monthly minutes and an Archive containing all the minutes for a given committee for the current year. Just click on any item that you may be interested in and it will open up for you to read or print.
