Want to beat the heat and stay cool for a couple of hours during the summer? Come and join the Cribbage Club. The Cribbage Club meets twice monthly, the first Thursday and the third Friday. We meet at 1:00 p.m. in the Sienna Room at Tuscany Falls. The Cribbage Club is open to all PebbleCreek residents interested in playing a friendly game of Cribbage. If you don’t know how to play, but are interested in learning, come join us for an afternoon of fun. If you have a cribbage board and deck of cards, please bring them with you.

What is Euchre? Why a card game of course! The group meets every Thursday evening in the Palm Room at Eagle’s Nest clubhouse. We gather at 6:30 p.m. to visit a bit, contribute our dollar toward prize money and claim our seats. Play starts promptly at 7:00 p.m. (or as soon as Ron Glynn arrives!).

Pinochle Club

If you are looking for fun on a Thursday evening, join us for an evening of Pinochle. The Pinochle Club meets every Thursday from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. in the Sienna Room of the Tuscany Falls Country Club. Contact Denny Wallon at 935-0220 for more information. We play single deck partnership, passing four cards and occasionally three handed pinochle with a three card kitty. There is a nominal fee of $1 for an evening of fun with the funds going towards prize money.
The winners for April are as follows:
April 2: Our first place winner, Joan Wallon, had a score of 7060 points and Denny Wallon took second place with a score of 6820; third place goes to Sheryl Williams with a score of 6310 and the booby prize goes to Rick Mattern at 38200 points.
April 9: First place winner Marion Helton had a score of 6880 points; second place was taken by Bob Tarabetz with a score of 6530; third place goes to Glenn Grube with a score of 6360 and booby goes to Loretta Morris at 4330 points.
April 16: Danny Payon placed first with a score of 6990 points followed by Joan Wallon in second with a score of 6490; Carolyn Mattern in third place with 6310 and the bobby going to Rick Mattern with a score of 3960 points.
April 23: First place winner Jeff Stoker had a score of 7110 points and 2nd place was taken by Joan Wallon with 6900; third place goes to Denny Wallon with 6340 and booby goes to Renae Tarabetz at 3420 points.
April 30: First place winner Marion Helton had a score of 7680 points and second place was taken by Denny Stoll with 6840; third place goes to Bob Conrardy with 6560 and booby goes to Laura Szakacs at 3880 points.
Denny Wallon set a new high of 8600 points on November 6, 2014. The all time low score of 2170 set on April 27, 2012, by Danny Payon remains in place. Will the records hold for another year? The high score for 2015 is 7630 set by Khana Soper and Rick Mattern has taken over the low booby for year with a score of 2780.
