Each month the Camera Club selects a picture as Photo of the Month and, for October, chose a dramatic mountain river/weather scene taken by club secretary John Mirro, while visiting in Colorado. The focus of the picture is the Blue River in Summit County, Colo., on a stormy day. This river flows north through Breckenridge, Frisco, and Silverthorne, eventually joining the Colorado River in Kremling. The image was captured this past August on John’s Nikon D500 and tweaked in Photoshop.
