The 2021 Charity Fundraising Quilt will have its lucky winner selected on Dec. 13. There are still a few opportunities for you to view this amazing quilt and purchase an opportunity to win it.
This year’s charity fundraising quilt design is Riverbed. Riverbed was designed by internationally recognized quilt designer Judy Martin and shown in her book, Piece ‘N’ Play Quilts. When Judy designed this quilt, she had in mind a Japanese garden. She wanted the colors to reflect earth, stone, and vegetation, with all its varying undertones. Photos do not accurately reflect the real beauty of this quilt, so please come to an event to see it in person.
The quilt will be on display Wednesday, Nov. 10, in the lobby of Tuscany Falls by the fireplace, before and after the Veterans Program at Tuscany Falls. It will also be on display Saturday, Dec. 4, at the Holiday Festival in the Creative Arts Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
