Thirty-six members of the PebbleCreek Singles Club converged at the Oasis Pool to celebrate Cinco de Mayo (May 5). The event was spearheaded by our webmaster Sheldon Tencer who negotiated with one of his favorite Mexican eateries, Rio Mirage Café located in Surprise, Ariz., to provide a Mexican feast that included chicken enchilada casserole, Spanish rice, and refried beans.
The party was BYOB, and margaritas were the preferred beverage. The fun went from 4:30 p.m. until 7 p.m., and luck prevailed with good weather.
