Karen Bogadi is conducting a ‘bed turning’ for the PC Quilters March 2018 Quilt Show. Karen, both a quilter and rug hooker, is showing the growth and stories of her quilt-making journey as each quilt is shown.

The committee for the biannual Quilt Show in the Creative Arts Center has been set for Sunday, March 22, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The committee, chaired by Barb Mauer, is excited to display all new quilts and quilt projects. The PC Rug Hookers will also be featured displaying their works of art.

Project categories ranging from vintage to modern quilts will be displayed, as well as traditional and art quilts/projects. The main focus of the PC Quilters organization is to promote the art of quilt-making through educational opportunities and collaboration with other quilters. Rug Hookers focus on the same mission and enjoy sharing their art with others.

Residents of PebbleCreek are invited to consider joining the PC Quilters and become involved with like-minded persons. For further information on rug hooking, visit pebblecreekquilters.org or contact Karen Bogadi at [email protected]. Both groups are active in sharing their craft and art. Meanwhile, reserve Sunday, March 22, for an interesting and enjoyable show in the Creative Arts Center.
