A wonderful tradition continues as the PebbleCreek Ladies Nine-Hole Golf Association (PCL9GA) once again hosted the Millennium High School girl’s golf team for a round of golf during a recent Tuesday league day. Members of the Niners wore their favorite purple outfits to match the team colors of the Tiger squad. As quoted in a recent article posted on the high school team website, “…our players come back talking about how fun, kind, encouraging, and welcoming the Lady Niners are. There is plenty of golf, but even more conversation, laughter, and memories made along the way.” The feeling is mutual for the Lady Niners as we enjoy watching another generation develop the passion and love we all have for the game of golf. Not to mention marveling how far the younger generation can drive a ball! League president Caryn Brett presented Coach Tanks with a check for $500 to help support the team, which was very much appreciated.
