Johnny Henson
During the hot summer months, we’d like to have all Billiard Club members come and support the tournaments on Tuesday and Friday, as well as the B tournaments on Tuesday from 2 to 6 p.m.
Tuesday 8 a.m. 8-Ball tournament winners in May were Bob Macy (x2), Johnny Henson (x2), Bill Frustaglia, and Lynn Warren, with a special thanks to Lynn Warren for running the tournaments.
Friday 8 a.m. 9-Ball tournament winners were Marv Schrock (x2), Bob Macy (x2), Dan Harris, and Johnny Henson. Special thanks to Mark Kuhn for running the tournaments, and to Marv Schrock for all he does for the Billiard Club. He got the billiard lights adjusted—yea!
The player of the month is Bob Macy with 4 wins or ties. In second place is Johnny Henson with 3 wins or ties, and third is Marv Schrock with 2 wins or ties.
I want to thank all the players who show up each week. We are committed to keeping at least the 8-Ball, 9-Ball, and B tournaments going during the hot months when many of our members are out of town or snowbirds.
