Villas 43B HOA Election Results

The PebbleCreek Villas Association (Villas 43B) Board of Directors have, by acclamation, appointed Gary Halpern, Sandy Horvath, and Jeff Renard to remain on the board. The term of office will be two years beginning on May 1, 2023, and ending on April 30, 2025.

Gary, Sandy, and Jeff were the only candidates nominated for the three volunteer positions and, as provided in the Villas 43B bylaws, were appointed without a formal election process. Gary will again serve as treasurer, Sandy as vice president, and Jeff as a director at large.

“I am very grateful that Gary, Sandy, and Jeff will continue on the Villas 43B HOA Board,” remarked board president, Sue Wilson. “Serving as part of the board is something to be proud of, but it is not a position that everyone is cut out to assume. Gary, Sandy, and Jeff are outstanding contributors to our community and we are all thankful for their willingness to help make the Villas 43B such a great place to live.”
