Unauthorized gate entry

We have had several complaints lately of homeowners letting in unauthorized vehicles through Resident Only gates. At random times Patrol will monitor these gates by sitting in our patrol vehicles at various locations, or by monitoring them via camera and video recordings. Assisting a guest or any unauthorized vehicle through any gate other than the front gates will result in fines up to $500. This is a no tolerance policy. If you willingly assist unauthorized vehicle entry you will receive a citation. For your convenience we have printed the rules below. It is also posted on our website and in your RCC rules book.

5.5 Non-resident Entry

(a) All non-residents’ vehicles that do not have an RFID tag are required to enter PebbleCreek through the Patrol attended gates.

(b) Unless good cause exists for denying entry, permission to enter will be granted upon providing adequate information, including satisfactory identification, requested by the Patrol person.

(c) By entering PebbleCreek nonresidents agree (i) to abide by the Rules that are applicable to them and (ii) to being stopped by the Patrol or other authorized representative of the Association for the purpose of investigating apparent violations and of issuing citations.

(c) Unauthorized gate entry: (1) For unauthorized entry through an entrance gate, a fine of: First Offense $100.00

For the second and subsequent offenses during the same 12 month period, after considering the reasons, if any, for the repetition of the violation and any mitigating circumstances, the Board or its designee may impose a fine up to $500.00.
