Our successful luncheon and fashion show in February is enabling us to send four deserving girls to summer camp. On April 24 we had a shower for them and their families in order for everyone to get to know each other and talk about their exciting, upcoming camp experience. We had pizza, soda and a great time!
A few weeks ago a team of members went equipment and toiletry shopping to get our campers everything they’ll need for camp. These items were shown to the girls at the shower and you can only imagine their delight.
On May 7 another team of members will take the girls shopping for all the clothing they will need for their week of camp. From past years’ campers we know how thrilled these girls will be getting outfitted from head to toe for their week at camp.
On June 15 another team of members will take the girls to ride one of several buses that deliver all girls to Willow Spring’s Girl Scout Camp in Prescott. We wish you all could experience the gratification and fun that we ladies have because of our involvement with these darling girls.
And once again, know that you are the reason we’re able to do this because of your past support. Thank you from the ladies of TTT Chapter Q and on behalf of our four fantastic girls.
