The PebbleCreek Homeowners Association Election Committee is calling for candidates interested in running for PebbleCreek’s Board of Directors. The volunteer position is for a two-year term beginning Jan. 1, 2023.
“We’ve done some research to help us understand what makes a successful board member,” commented Cliff Crooks, Election Committee Chairman. “We have learned from the experts that board members who serve their homeowners association well have these top 10 traits.”

If you have these attributes, we need you to help make our community the best it can be—now and in the future.
If you are interested in running for the HOA board, submit your name, address, phone number, email address, and unit and lot numbers to the Election Committee c/o Eagle’s Nest Resident and Guest Services desk no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 16.
Important dates for all 2022 candidates:
Sept. 16: Last day to file
Sept. 19: Candidate briefing
Oct. 1: Deadline for photos, bios, campaign statements
Campaigning begins
Oct. 26: Candidate Forums at 1 p.m. at Eagle’s Nest Ballroom and 7 p.m. via Zoom
Nov. 21: Election period begins
Dec. 2: Election ends at 5 p.m.
