You’ll jump and shout to the music of Bill Haley, Roy Orbison, Ricky Nelson, Glen Campbell, Beach Boys, Beatles, Chubby Checker, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, the Everly Brothers and, of course, Elvis at the third annual PebbleCreek Pickleball Club Welcome Back Dinner Concert from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 25.
Performing the danceable old time rock and roll with a bit of country and western thrown in will be PebbleCreek’s favorite band PebbleRock. The action takes place on the back lawn of the Eagle’s Nest Clubhouse. The golf course and lake create a romantic picture-like backdrop for the evening of fun.
A few of the songs will be Love Potion Number 9, Pretty Woman, Taking Care of Business, Surfin USA, Bye Bye Love, I’m a Believer, Runaround Sue, Jailhouse Rock and La Bamba.
Along with the wonderful evening of music will be delicious food, and several bars will be selling your favorite adult beverages.
You’ve got three dinner options for the concert: gourmet turkey wrap, gourmet roast beef wrap or gourmet smoked ham wrap. All include a freshly baked chocolate cookie and chips. The price, which includes your concert ticket, is just $20. Should you only want a concert ticket, the price is $6.

PebbleRock is composed of Creekers: Gene Fioretti (retired cardiologist) keyboards, Ted Moran (retired insurance executive) guitar, Robert Hover (retired lithographer) guitar, Howard Brodbeck (retired engineer) drums and Steve Jensen (retired radiologist) bass. Steve is a member of the Pickleball Club.
In addition to the band, PebbleCreek’s newest musical sensation WeRockToo will make their initial appearance singing the song made famous by The Crystals, Da Doo Ron Ron and one of the many hits of the Chordettes, Lollipop. The group is composed of three singing pickleball club members: Jill Lewis, Sandra Nielson and MJ Fenoglio.
Last year more than 400 people attended this outstanding event making it PebbleCreek’s biggest outdoor concert.
PebbleRock has recorded three CDs which will be available at the concert.
