The Racquettes 4.0 ladies’ tennis team plays in the West Valley Women’s Tennis League. The 4.0 senior league 50+ division comprises eight competing teams, which includes the Sun City communities, Happy Trails, Trilogy, Corta Bella, and Westbrooke. The Racquettes ended the 2020-21 competitive season as the finalist in second place. Indeed, this was a very challenging year with all the COVID restrictions, and the Racquettes did an excellent job of adapting!
The team captain is Marty McAllister, and Lynne Carlyle is the co-captain. The team members are Myrna Bodner, Barbara Camozzi, Kathy Carver, Vikki Constable, Bonnie Elliot, Heidi Ferrell, Cindy Henry, Karen Kattar, Jill Lewis, Lynn Marginson, Mary McConaughey, Sande Nielson, Debbie Sayre, Karyn Swinford, and Debbie Welsh.
