Although we don’t meet until September, we do have a very special gift for you made by the PebbleCreek Quilters. It is a pillow that has been designed to bring comfort while recovering from surgery. The pillow is placed underneath the arm where the surgery has taken place and is held in place by a piece of elastic. This relieves the pressure on the incision. Another use for the pillow is to place it underneath the car seatbelt so there is no pressure on the breast following surgery. It is important to request it prior to surgery so you can get the maximum benefit from it immediately following surgery.
