Singles members and friends selecting from an array of appetizers to pair with French wines

On April 29, 21 PebbleCreek Singles members and friends were taken on a trip to France by Total Wine and More in Goodyear. The evening was an adventure of tasting French wine from eight different areas As we sampled the various wines, the Wine Master explained in detail the regions and the qualities that each offered to make the wines have a different characteristic. Our host for this event, Ellie Daly, provided a fabulous spread of appetizers and food. Everything in the room was a French theme and the PebbleCreek French Club provided a French flag to add to the festivities. Many of the attendees purchased the French wines that we had tasted at a 20% discount, enabling the French wine experience to continue at each of their own homes.
