Roadtrippers hit California

Carolyn Rota

On April 4 a group of 40 people known as the PC RoadTrippers left PebbleCreek for a three night, four day trip to Viejas Resort/Casino in Alpine, California and San Diego, California. The fun started immediately with everyone receiving a bag of goodies and during the drive being served muffins, brownies and assorted cakes, OJ and water. Bingo was played, jokes were read and laughter was heard. Lunch was at the famous Yuma’s Lutes Casino. Upon arriving at Viejas, each guest was greeted, their deluxe rooms were ready and the real fun began. One day was spent in San Diego where people visited the Midway, Coronado Island and Seaport Village. On the way home they stopped for a bite to eat at the Spaceage Restaurant. Hopefully everyone had a good time; I know the winners did.
