Elections! Elections! Elections! Is it really that time, again?

As good citizens and prudent taxpayers, it’s our personal responsibility to become as educated as we possibly can to cast our valuable votes.

Arizona’s federal, state, and local primaries aren’t scheduled until Aug. 2, 2022. That may seem like a long time off, but with so many candidates throwing their hats in the political ring, the PebbleCreek Republican Club has already been welcoming contenders at their monthly membership meetings and Saturday bonus Meet the Candidates meetings.

The Sept. 25 bonus meeting featured gubernatorial candidate Matt Salmon and Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem.

The Oct. 7 membership meeting highlighted gubernatorial candidate Kimberly Yee and Secretary of State candidate Shawnna Bolick. Congresswoman Debbie Lesko stopped by and gave us an update on the happenings in D.C.

Being voted the Best Republican Club in Arizona guarantees that candidates are very eager to meet person-to-person with like-minded voters in PebbleCreek. By limiting sessions to only two speakers at each meeting, candidates are given 20 minutes to introduce themselves and present their background, ideas, and goals. They then agree to answer questions submitted from the audience and stay to mingle with the attendees.

For an up-to-date schedule and lots of information about happenings, check out the club’s website at PebbleCreekRepublicanClub.com. Meetings are open to club members and guests. If you’re interested in attending as a guest, simply email Camille Grabb at [email protected].

Remember to fly our beautiful American flag!
