Laurie Farquhar
Hawkeye, Trapper John, Hot Lips Houlihan—all your favorite characters from the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital are coming to PebbleCreek, and you could play one of them when PC Players presents Remembering M*A*S*H next spring.
Remembering M*A*S*H is an original production that includes some of the best moments from the award-winning television series M*A*S*H. Often referred to as a dark comedy, M*A*S*H was groundbreaking for being both funny and serious. Co-directors Jon Lindstrom and Donna Gray say the PC Players production will have that same touch of thoughtfulness, while keeping the audience in stitches (medical pun intended!).
Remembering M*A*S*H will run March 9 through 12, 2022. Auditions will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 5 from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Tuscany Ballroom and on Thursday, Oct. 7 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom. It is a good size cast with 11 speaking parts for men and seven for women, plus a few non-speaking parts for both men and women.
Producer Patti Wegehaupt will be in charge of the tryout schedule. She will have all the audition material available right after Labor Day, and she can help you schedule your audition time. Contact Patti at 623-536-7233 or [email protected]. Digital copies of the full script are available from Donna Gray by emailing her at [email protected].
