Rabbi David Mayer conducts Jewish High Holiday Services

Brenda Hyman

He’s back again. Those of you who came to listen to his talk on April 19 can see what an inspirational and well-spoken Rabbi he is. Join us for our reverend and Hamish Jewish High Holidays this year. We welcome all residents of PebbleCreek.

The Committee for the High Holidays Club announces our annual Rosh Hashanah, Kol Nidre and Yom Kippur Services at Tuscany Falls Ballroom. The dates and times are as follows:

Rosh Hashanah – Thursday, September 14, 10:00 a.m.; Kol Nidre – Friday, September 22, 6:00 p.m.; Yom Kippur – Saturday, September 23, 9:00a.m.

There will be a delicious and beautiful Kiddish in the Chianti Room immediately following the Rosh Hashanah services.

Admission is $60 per adult, $18 per child 12 years old or under.

Pricing covers all three services and the Kiddish. There are no partial payments (for individual services) nor refunds. Tickets are not issued; a check-in roster is used.

Please make checks payable to CfHH (Committee for the High Holidays) and mail to: Gloria Kornbluth, 15687 W. Avalon Drive, Goodyear, Arizona 85395.

If you are interested in having a Torah honor, an English speaking part, a Hebrew reading or ushering, please let us know. For further information please contact Marsha Langfuss at [email protected] or Hermine Sulzberg at [email protected].

You will be awed by our extraordinary Rabbi and the wonderful camaraderie, sense of closeness and warmth of these services with your PebbleCreek neighbors. It is truly a wonderful way to bring in the New Year 5776.

Shalom!
