Exercise is the best way of delaying the progression of Parkinson’s. Pedaling for Parkinson’s takes place three days a week—Monday, Wednesday, and Friday—from 11 to 11:50 a.m., September through April. The class is led by Ann Merrill with help from our volunteer Sandy Haendel. The class offers great exercise and camaraderie! All those who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s are welcome to join us this fall. Also, Parkinson’s patients and their caregivers are invited to our monthly support group on the first Tuesday of each month in the Palermo Room of Tuscany Clubhouse, beginning at 10 a.m.
