The PebbleCreek Quilting Club hosted the Annual Pajama Party in the Fiber Arts Room. Members of the club brought their sewing machines and fabrics, and spent an evening in their pajamas while socializing with fellow quilters.
Donna Aybar, social chairperson, commented, “It is the summer, and it is so hot outside. Our Pajama Party is an opportunity for us to get together in the evening in an air conditioned room. It’s silly and fun, which makes it different from any other sewing night. Our members sewed quilt tops, collaborated with other quilters, worked on designing patterns, and helped other quilters with their projects. We enjoyed pizza, cookies, and plenty of chocolate.”
The PebbleCreek Quilting Club plans to host socials in the fall as the snowbird quilters are returning.
