Members of the PebbleCreek Nurses Group are once again available on a weekly basis to take your blood pressure. The reading is documented for you on a wallet size card you can keep for comparison and/or share with your primary care provider. Every Thursday from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. this service is provided in Room 100 of the Activity Center on Eagle’s Nest.

Remember that you can have hypertension (high blood pressure) without any symptoms. Uncontrolled high blood pressure increases your risk of serious health problems, including heart attack and stroke. January is the time for new beginnings. Make a change that will impact your life in a positive way. Keep track of your heart health by getting your blood pressure checked routinely.
