Opportunity Knocks: April 2019
PebbleCreek’s resident Performing Arts is always looking for resident talent, not only for on stage but behind the scenes as well. Whether you enjoy performing or helping with the variety of backstage work (set designers and builders, stage managers, wardrobe, make-up, lighting and sound technicians, prop managers, prompters, ushers, etc.), we’d love for you to join us in presenting the best drama, comedy, song, dance and music productions for our community. Please contact the various clubs to see how you can participate and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow show people! Experience is nice, but is not required. We can train you.

Wanted: Two cooking show hostesses to work together on a low-budget cable-access show. No cooking experience required but a good aim is helpful.
PC Players is producing the hilarious comedy, The Kitchen Witches, this fall and auditions for the above cooking show hostesses, plus other roles, are scheduled for next month.
The Kitchen Witches is the story of Dolly Biddle and Isobel Lomax who are suddenly forced to work together on a TV cooking show, despite the fact they have hated each other for more than 30 years after Dolly married Isobel’s boyfriend. This can only be a recipe for disaster where insults and food fly freely.
The Kitchen Witches will run four nights from Wednesday, October 23 to Saturday, October 26.
Auditions will be held on Tuesday, May 21 and Thursday, May 23, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Renaissance Theater. Audition materials will be available in early May from the show’s Producer, Patti Wegehaupt, at [email protected] or 623-536-7233. Rehearsals begin June 11.
