The gathering was held on Tuesday, May 14, where approximately 150 members enjoyed complimentary cocktails and appetizers prior to heading for cooler climates and various activities for the summer.
PCIAC President Steve Kunkle opened the event by sharing the word of the day, “Craic,” which is a term for news, gossip, fun, entertainment and enjoyable conversation, particularly prominent in Ireland.
Members enjoyed socializing and chatting about their summer plans while enjoying cocktails, coconut shrimp, pot stickers, stuffed mushrooms, corned beef encroutes, Swedish meatballs and turkey pinwheels.
The board of the Irish/American Club hosted this event to thank its members and especially its volunteers for a productive and fun year thus far!
