The annual PebbleCreek Men’s Golf Association (PCMGA) Member-Member tourney was played on March 4, 10, and 11. A total of 111 two-man teams competed in eight flights, with one flight playing from the blue tees, three flights from the blue/white combo tees, and four flights from the white tees.
The blue flight, blue/white flight 1, and white flights 1 and 2 played the Tuscany Falls West/Eagle’s Nest/Tuscany Falls East rotation. Blue/white flights 2 and 3, and white flights 3 and 4 played the Eagle’s Nest/Tuscany Falls East/Tuscany Falls West rotation. A scramble was the format for round one. One best-ball net was the format for round two. The format for the third and final round was a two net-aggregate.
Each playing member received a beautiful Greg Norman windbreaker jacket with the PCMGA logo embroidered on the sleeve.
Due to COVID-19, the annual PCMGA member meeting (normally held at the member-member banquet) was held via Zoom on March 9. Officers for the 2021-22 season were elected. Congratulations to Ken Schumacher (president), John Abercrombie (vice president), Jack Stipp (secretary), and Roger Douglas (treasurer). They take office on June 1. Many thanks to outgoing officers Jim Sheard and Rand Hill.
