On the pleasantly warm February 12 afternoon, well over 100 of our highly charged PCM9GA golfers teed off at our Tuscany Palms and Lakes Courses utilizing the Two Low Net format. The Two Low Net format requires that each foursome hit their own ball for each stroke for every hole. Depending upon the prevailing team member AGA handicap, a handicap credit or often referred to as a POP, of anywhere from zero strokes to two or more strokes is applied on each hole for each team member. This format is always not only intriguing but also a confidence builder since even I, the Publicity Chairman, with a higher handicap than I would ever like to admit, wound up getting virtual Birdies on two holes.

Our PCM9GA group hosted the highly successful Turf Paradise outing in January as well as the extraordinarily successful Member Guest Tournament in February. Along with our bi-monthly tournaments and weekly events, forthcoming events include our annual Championship Tournament series on March 19 and 26 and April 2, the annual Membership Meeting on March 18, our annual Mixer Tournament on April 14 and our annual Banquet and Awards Dinner on April 17.

Our PCM9GA highly encourages prospective new members to join our fun loving group which welcomes golfers at all skill levels. The annual $50 fee includes dues for the AGA membership which is essential for handicap reporting.
