Five members of the PCLGA participated in the Robson Ranch Ladies Member Guest Tournament on Monday, March 7 and Tuesday, March 8.
The Rock ‘n Roll themed tournament started with a scavenger hunt through the model homes on Monday afternoon and was topped off with an ice cream sundae.
Participants then were challenged to nine skills set up on the driving range, including drives closest to a line, bunker shots, chip shots and putting contests. Everyone then enjoyed drinks and a buffet of heavy appetizers along with entertainment by Elvis.
On Tuesday, March 8 participants played 18 holes. The game was best gross or best net score from each twosome. All five ladies placed in their flights and were given gift certificates to use in the clubhouse. The winners were Bev Clinton, Arlene Engelbert, Bobbie Jepsen, Nan Perkins and Sue White.
In addition, Arlene’s team won in the skills contest and she was also awarded for her closest to the pin in her flight.
A beautiful luncheon was served after golf, raffle prizes were distributed and all the winners were announced!
All five ladies agreed it was a fun and well organized tournament!
