Cribbage Club

Want to beat the heat and stay cool for a couple of hours during the summer? Come and join the Cribbage Club. The Cribbage Club meets twice monthly, the first Thursday and the third Friday. We meet at 1:00 p.m. in the Sienna Room at Tuscany Falls. The Cribbage Club is open to all PebbleCreek residents interested in playing a friendly game of Cribbage. If you don’t know how to play, but are interested in learning, come join us for an afternoon of fun. If you have a Cribbage board and deck of cards, please bring them with you.

Also, at our meeting on June 19 we had a first; two of our players, Bob LaChapelle and Durke Johnson, each had the second highest possible Cribbage hand, 28 points. Congratulations for this rare achievement!

Euchre is in full swing every week at Eagle’s Nest Clubhouse. We meet in the Palm Room Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. to sign in, socialize and donate our dollar toward the prize money.

June 4: First place winner Mary Ann Szakacs had a score of 7050; second place winner Danny Payon had a score of 6880; third place Bob Conrardy had a score of 6860 and the booby prize went to Denny Wallon with a score of 3740.
June 11: First place winner Agnes Smanski had a score of 6630; second place was a tie between Bill McLinden and Bob Conrardy with a score of 6580 and the booby prize went to Bruce Baird with a score of 4130.
June 18: First place winner Bob Tarabetz had a score of 6890; second place winner Bob Conrardy had a score of 6680; third place Denny Wallon had a score of 6470 and the booby went to Laura Szakacs with a score of 3990.
