The Shalom Club enjoyed a wonderful evening on Chanukah with dinner and dancing. A menorah was lit in honor of Chanukah in both the Eagle’s Nest and Tuscany Falls clubhouses.
Events in January begin with a matinee on Jan. 15 for My Mother’s Italian, My Father’s Jewish & The Therapy Continues… at the Herberger Stage West. Afternoon tea at The Spicery in Our 1895 Home in Glendale will take place on Jan. 18, and a night at Stir Crazy Comedy Club will be Jan. 28. A visit to the Desert Botanical Garden in February will be led by photographer Ruth Walsh. The Sunday, Jan. 15 general meeting will be held at the Oasis pool and include a BBQ.
