Sue White, Helen Limjoco, and Ann Merrill are the water fitness instructors for classes held five days a week at the Tuscany Falls pools.
The three instructors offer a variety of water classes. Sue’s Tabata class, i.e., interval training class, is on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Helen’s Zumba class is at 9 a.m. on Fridays. Ann’s traditional water class is at 9 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Water fitness is a fun, cool workout with the added resistance from the water that makes it easier on your joints and increases calorie burn.
If you are attending Sue or Ann’s class, bring along your water weights.
On Nov. 1, the classes will be moving to the inside pool for the winter months.
