What a special night it was—. PebbleCreeker Rose Ann Cleland not only made one of her fabulous Cannoli cakes that are a hit with so many PebbleCreekers, but she catered a feast for friends visiting Michael and Sandy Stephens who are Italian and love Italian food. Rose Ann put together a scrumptious meal starting with the best Minestrone soup the friends had ever tasted. The soup was only the start of all the great food to come including ravioli, lasagna, chicken parmesan, caprese salad and homemade Italian bread with olive oil dip. Topping off the meal was not only her fabulous Cannoli cake but yummy Italian cookies. The meal, being Italian, was of course, accompanied by Chianti and Pinot Grigio. The night was made special by being in an intimate setting in one of our homes instead of a restaurant.
