Thursday, December 10 was the most festive day of the eight days of Hanukkah. One hundred plus members of the Shalom Club ate, laughed and danced at our annual party. The traditional potato latkes were served along with a buffet dinner. Thank you to our fabulous catering department for providing such a delicious and appetizing meal. Most of our members look forward to this event every year. It is always an evening of merriment and celebration. Our Hanukkah Party is open to all residents of PebbleCreek. Please try to join us next year for this festive celebration. You will be glad you did!

Let’s not forget that our Shalom Club members observed Christmas in our annual manner. Of course, this was dinner and a movie! 30 plus members met at the movie theater at 3:00 p.m. followed by a Chinese dinner at Eest. We enjoyed the movie discussion and the entire fabulous assortment of entrees.

2016 brings with it a plethora of events and programs.

January 8: Book Discussion Group in the Milan Room

January 16: Wild Horse Pass Casino outing

January 17: New board members begin their two year term at the monthly Shalom Club meeting

All of these events, times, places, signups and further information are on our Shalom Club website: www.pcshalomclub.org.

Gazing into our crystal ball we see Sports Day, baseball outing, Day at the Races, Road Rally and Passover, etc. So many places to go—so many things to do—.

Please join our Shalom Club and become a part of our active and fun-filled group. You will make lifelong friends. Gail Drucker is our membership chair; she can be reached at [email protected] or 623-374-7801. Gail will answer all of your questions and welcome you into our midst.

A Happy New Year to everyone in PebbleCreek.

Peace on Earth!

Shalom!
