* On Oct. 13, Ascent Audiology will return to provide another free hearing screening in the Tuscany Falls Palermo Room from 8 a.m. to noon.
* Also on Oct. 13, the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Franklin Pierce University will hold their first free physical therapy clinic in PebbleCreek from 8 a.m. to noon in the Eagle’s Nest Palm Room for any mobility, strength, or balance issue you may have.
* On Oct. 20, AZ Pro will provide another CPR/AED training class from 8 to 11 a.m. Employees of Robson can also get their certification here.

The Kare Bears House would like to welcome back the snowbirds who have already arrived back home to our beautiful community. We would also like to extend a welcome to those of you who are new to PebbleCreek. Many of our residents both new and old may be unfamiliar with the many things The Kare Bears House has to offer.
Did you know that medical equipment can be borrowed at no cost for six weeks? We have items including wheelchairs, walkers, and knee scooters available for loan should the need arise.
We also are able to provide rides for medical appointments. If possible, we ask for at least a few days’ notice, but preferably a week or more in order to get the ride scheduled with one of our volunteer drivers.
Speaking of volunteers, The Kare Bears House is always looking for people to volunteer their time either working in the office or as a driver to help transport people to appointments. If you have a few hours or more to spare, we’d love to hear from you! You can call The Kare Bears House directly at 623-536-1200 or check us out online at karebears.org. Another option is to stop by and check out all of the wonderful resources that The Kare Bears house is able to provide. We are located at 15383 W. Cheery Lynn Road on the Eagle’s Nest side. Come on in, we’d
love to meet you!
