John Howell shot his second hole-in-one on Sept. 18 on the Eagle’s Nest hole number 8, yellow flag, par 3, with a 7 iron from 160 yards. He was playing with fellow Rough Riders Gordon Angus, Henry Porter, and Kurt Goss.
John’s first hole-in-one was as a member of the Rogue Valley Country Club in Medford, Ore., on April 10, 2016. He achieved that one on the 13th hole with a 5 wood from 151 yards.
