General Manager’s Message

Bill Barnard

The weather is warming up and springtime brings many people to the Valley of the Sun. With a lot of happenings and events in the city, as well as here at PebbleCreek, we are seeing a very busy season. This time of the year keeps our Community Services Department, which includes our Patrol and Guest Relations teams, very active looking after our community. The service provided by these people is one of the many benefits of living in PebbleCreek.

This department is led by our Director of Community Services, John Singleton, a retired Goodyear Police Lieutenant, and is made up of approximately 40 men and women. Most of the staff members are homeowners, just like you. Our patrol operation is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, monitoring and caring for our community, property, residents, and guests.

PebbleCreek’s Community Services Patrol provides many homeowner services such as jump-starting vehicles, towing disabled golf carts, airing-up tires, alerting homeowners about water leaks or open garage doors, installing RFID tags for your vehicles, and conducting vacation watches while residents are away, among many other things. The Patrol team also acts as representatives of the HOA to enforce PebbleCreek rules by notifying residents via notice of violation for non-compliance of our rules, to include speeding, parking, and stop sign violations. The Patrol is constantly on the move in their distinguishable trucks, not only carrying out their duties but providing a presence known to discourage crime. Please remember, however, they are not police officers or law enforcement agents but are here to provide assistance, observation, and community service. The City of Goodyear Police Department and other law enforcement agencies handle criminal law violations within PebbleCreek.

The staffed gates at our main entrances are another important part of the 24-hour community service. Guest Relations staff members greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors entering into the community through our main gates. You can call them anytime to inform them that you have a guest or vendor arriving or use the online Gate Access system that enables you to preregister information about your guests, vendors, and other pertinent data. Visit the HOA website and look for Gate Access on the Quick Links menu. You will need to contact the Patrol Office 24-hour number at 623-935-0387 for assistance in getting set up. You can then enter your guest’s information at your leisure.

Please keep the Patrol’s 24-hour phone number accessible at home and on your mobile phones. You never know when you may need assistance. The benefits of living in a gated community with 24-hour patrol and gate presence is something that helps PebbleCreek stand out. Please take advantage of all of the services that are provided. We appreciate all of the Community Service staff members who are here to help out and make it easier for all of our community members to enjoy living their best life here at PebbleCreek.
