Our weather is warming up and it’s the time of year that brings so many people to the Valley, and to their homes in PebbleCreek. As we experience every season, we are seeing high levels of activity throughout the community right now, with our residents enjoying the many amenities that make PebbleCreek so special.
But as busy as we are, we do have new community members and some who may not be aware of everything there is to do right here within the PebbleCreek community. So, in this month’s message, I want to highlight some of the amenities available to you. I have shared this many times before, but if you are bored at PebbleCreek, you just haven’t gotten out of the house.
I am pleased to share that many of our facilities have seen improvements over the past few years. Some projects recently completed include new grass on the fairways and greens of the Tuscany Falls West golf course, plus new cool deck, water replacement, and new furniture at both the Oasis Pool and the Tuscany Falls Outdoor Pool. There are two major projects currently in progress, the major restaurant renovation for what will be the new Tavern at PebbleCreek and the additional pickleball courts located in the Northwest area of the community.
We have two beautiful clubhouses that each contain one of our Resident and Guest Services desks, a library, meeting rooms, and a ballroom. We also have two well-equipped fitness centers with locker rooms and showers, and a fitness studios facility. We have three 18-hole golf courses; two full-service golf shops with equipment, apparel and more; and extensive practice areas including chipping and putting greens and driving ranges. And it doesn’t stop there; we have pickleball courts, tennis courts, a softball field, bocce courts, a billiards room, and a basketball court. We have designated walking paths and a dog park for both large and small dogs.
I hope you will visit our Fitness Centers and Studios if you are interested in improving your fitness level. We offer yoga, dance, strength, spinning, and other fitness classes along with cardio and weight equipment, and our resort-style pools for either fitness or recreation. Join any of our sports clubs such as Bocce, Tennis, Pickleball, or Softball if you want to be active with a little competition. Finally, visit our Golf Shops and our golf courses that are all in great condition. There are golf associations for 18-holers and 9-holers, both men and women, as well as a Putters Club open to all.
For arts, theater, and music enthusiasts we have an incredible Creative Arts Center that houses many art disciplines and studios and the beautiful Renaissance Theater for concerts and community theater productions. I invite you to visit the Creative Arts Center. It is a beautiful facility where just some of the disciplines offered via our many arts clubs include painting, sculpting, woodworking, glass arts, ceramics, pottery, quilting, and jewelry making. And be sure to stop at the Expressions Gallery & Gift Shop for great gift ideas or to buy for yourself. All of the items are made by our own PebbleCreek artists. Our 332-seat Renaissance Theater is the spot for the many shows, concerts, and performances offered year-round. If you are interested in song, music, dance, acting, or performing, please consider joining one of our four Performing Arts clubs.
Including the clubs mentioned above, we have more than 100 different clubs active in PebbleCreek that cover a variety of interests, and with that many clubs, it seems there is probably a club for just about anyone. Two clubs that all residents belong to are LifeLong Learning and Kare Bears. Both are great organizations run completely by volunteers. They are always looking for help, so please visit their club pages on the HOA website for more information.
There are many, many more activities that I am failing to mention, but it’s safe to say that there really is so much to do here in PebbleCreek. Please visit the HOA website at pebblecreekhoa.org for current information on all of the clubs and activities within the community.
I hope you will think about all that we have to offer here at PebbleCreek and maybe take on something new. Keep doing what you feel comfortable doing, and I hope you are getting out and living your best life here at PebbleCreek!
