Nothing is more fun, and more American, than going to a baseball game and having a chance to “play” along with the pros! That was what the members of the PebbleCreek Italian American Club (PCIAC) did on an unusually warm night in March.
While the pros were on the field playing their game, PCIAC members were on the Party Patio simultaneously playing a lively card game called “Fun Watching Baseball.” Members were given three baseball playing cards, each representing a specific event that happens at a baseball game. During each inning, members collected a point each time that event occurred. Members collecting the most points at the end of the game became prize winners! As usual, there were a fair number of happy winners!
Special thanks to Keith Martino and Wayne Garrett for helping members stay on top of their game and to ensure they collected their winning points! Thanks also to Jackie Voccola for helping PCIAC have the exclusive use of the Party Patio.
