There are lots of new items for you to choose from in the Creative Arts Center and the Expressions Gallery. Pottery globe animals are small treasures and include fish, a lamb, and a penguin. Also not to be overlooked are porcelain creations including a Zen monkey.
Mother’s Day is May 12 and Memorial Day is May 27. We have lots of gift items, including fantastic dish towels with just the perfect saying highlighted for your friends and family. Perfect for me is one that reads, “If I have to stir it, it’s homemade!”
If you choose a small gift, consider purchasing an origami gift box crafted from paper. Or choose a small fabric gift bag decorated with rhinestones. It’s the perfect way to wrap your gift.
Prowl around and you’ll find children’s pillowcases with space imagery or cats. Many books by PebbleCreek (PC) authors are available and even a CD of Celtic Harp music.
There is a beautiful selection of wall art to enjoy, both in the Gallery and in your home. Especially striking is a large photograph of a wild bird entitled, “Up, up and away.” Some of the PC artists are also showcasing their work in revolving art exhibits in the Georgia Lord Goodyear Library. Enjoy their work on your next visit to the library and right here in the Creative Arts Center.
