Valentine’s Day is Tuesday, Feb. 14. Hurry into the Expressions Gallery and Gift Shop for wonderful gift choices. There’s so much to choose from, you may have to expand your list of loved ones.
The Gallery staging crew reminded consignors to add Valentine items to the inventory beginning in mid-January. Look for hot items in red and pink and lots of hearts. Red stone and pearl jewelry is on display, as are bookmarks with pink and lavender enamel charms.
First, though, stroll through the Creative Arts Center to enjoy the art club displays by their members. Much, but not all, is for sale. If you wish to purchase an item (or two) from a showcase window, ask a member of Gallery staff for assistance.
In the Gallery itself are 100s (or is it 1,000s?) of items for sale. Enjoy the selections of glassware, ceramics, and wood. There are lots of items to allow one to set a pretty table. Everything needed to host a Valentine’s get-together is available, except the food!
Personal wardrobe items are plentiful: adorable onesies for babies; shawls, purses, and jewelry for ladies of any age; and fabric catchalls for everyone.
President’s Day is Monday, Feb. 20. If you are having young visitors for the weekend don’t forget a quick trip to the Gallery to learn of future gift choices that they’ve placed on a bucket list!
