Jack Gregory has won this fall’s election to fill a two-year, resident-volunteer vacancy on the PebbleCreek Homeowners Association (PCHOA) Board of Directors. His term begins Jan. 1, 2024, after the PCHOA Election Committee presents Mr. Gregory to the Directors for approval at the Nov. 15 board meeting.
Mr. Gregory ran against one other candidate, Mike Rico. The vote totals were 1,999 for Mr. Gregory, and 653 for Mr. Rico. 46.14% of PebbleCreek households voted in the election, with 2,652 ballots cast of 5,748 total possible.
“As in the past several years, we used an online voting system and—along with the ease and convenience of electronic voting over paper ballots—the results are impressive,” said Cliff Crooks, Chair of the PCHOA Election Committee. “We appreciate the effort and interest in PebbleCreek’s future,” he continued, “as demonstrated by those who ran for office and those who voted.”
