The HOA Election Committee is accepting applications for candidates for the November 2015 election. Candidates will vie for a two year position on the PebbleCreek Homeowner Association (PCHOA) Board of Directors beginning January 1, 2016. To qualify for this position, a potential candidate must be a full time homeowner in good standing and a resident for at least one year. In addition, the candidate must be available to attend most HOA Board meetings and HOA Committee meetings. The candidate must have served on at least one HOA committee either as chairman or committee member or served as an officer of Kare Bears for at least a one year term. Previous homeowner board experience is not necessary.
This volunteer position is an opportunity for interested residents to give back to the community. The work of the Board of Directors is very important in helping PebbleCreek remain one of the top active adult resort communities. The Election Committee is a sub-committee of the HOA Unit Representatives Committee.
